Joining this extraordinary group of women was truly my destiny! As a charter member of the North Shore Chicago Chapter of Top Teens of America back in 1987, I discovered the incredible value of the TTA program and its lasting impact. So, when I read the thrilling announcement about the establishment of the Prince George's County Chapter in 2009, I couldn't wait to get involved! I immediately reached out to the chapter organizer, Lady Jackquline Wilcher, to find out how I could become a member. Following in the inspiring footsteps of my mother, Lady Shirley Robinson, I joined fifteen other dedicated women in May 2010 and proudly became a member of the Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. Prince George's County Chapter.

My mother, along with my lifelong mentor, the 6th National President Lady Jacqueline Heath Parker, and my TTA Advisor, Lady Naomi Peters, have instilled in me the exceptional qualities of knowledge, respect, and hard work. These values not only embody the essence of leadership but also reflect the core principles of the organization itself.
As women continue to break barriers and strive for equality in all aspects of society, organizations like Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. play a crucial role in nurturing and fostering future leaders. Through mentorship, community service, and advocacy, the organization has made a profound impact in Prince George's County, leaving a legacy of empowerment and inspiration for generations to come. My campaign for 1st vice president is not merely about electing a new leader within the organization; it is about honoring the history and contributions of the women who have paved the way for a brighter future. By standing together and supporting our youth, these women are creating a formidable network of leaders dedicated to making a difference in the Prince George's County community and beyond. As members of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. Prince George's County Chapter come together to vote for their next 1st vice president, they are not just choosing a leader; they are choosing to continue the legacy of empowerment and strength that has defined their organization for years. It is through their collective efforts and unwavering commitment to each other that these women will continue to uplift youth and adults and inspire those around them, proving that true leadership knows no bounds.
